Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Loan Counselor at our Delhi, India office. The Educational Loan Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students in procuring and managing their educational loans. This includes loan servicing, customer service, finance, and sales related tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in loan servicing and financial services

Strong customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of loan products and processes

Ability to analyze financial documents and assess creditworthiness

Sales skills and ability to meet targets

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in the education or student loan industry is a plus
