Interior Designer

Are you a talented and creative Interior Designer with a passion for transforming spaces into visually stunning environments We're on the lookout for a skilled designer to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative design concepts, plans and presentations based on client needs and project goals.

- Proficiently create detailed 3D visualisations to provide clients with a realistic preview of the proposed designs.

- Curate and finalise materials, finishes, and colour schemes.

- Create design documents and construction drawings.

- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design concept and client requirements.

- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, provide design options, and incorporate feedback.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts.

- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans and specifications.

- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

- Provide detailed drawings and specifications to Quantity Surveyors for creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

- Proven experience in workspace design and residential projects.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools like AutoCAD, 3ds Max and Revit.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- A portfolio showcasing your diverse Interior design skills and creativity.

- Collaborative and proactive team member.
