independently handle tax assessments of all the small entities;

draft all the legal submissions to be filed before the tax authorities;

assist in coordination with the Consultants in connection with all the appellate proceedings;

prepare the income tax returns;

coordinate with the tax auditors in the closure of Tax Audits;

assist in analyzing/exploring all the tax planning related opportunities;

review the quarterly tax provisions and Fin-48 items; and

ensure timely and correct response to all India tax related queries;
