Role Requirements

Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for complex commercial transactions, with internal stakeholders and clients.

Standardizing EPC, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), and various other agreements, and prepare toolkits for business, using captured learnings from negotiations with clients, and basis inputs from business and management.

Assisting in providing legal & compliance support in strategic transactions.

Research on compliance and regulatory framework pertaining to solar industry across US.

Assist in cross functional support – business partnering with HR, finance, administrative, procurement, logistics and business development teams for resolving all contractual and legal issues faced in day-to-day operations.
