Roles & Responsibilities:

Providing customers with information on products, services & offers.

Take calls from customers and do outbound calls.

Identifying customer needs/requirements.

Taking customer calls and solving queries.

Converting leads to prospects to enrolments.

Full-time dedicated customer support.

Regular follow-up till the time of successful conversion.

Preferred languages - English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu etc.

Training provided.
