Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at MoneyTree Realty Services. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing potential leads, conducting property tours, negotiating and closing deals, and providing excellent customer service. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the real estate market and industry

Customer-focused mindset and ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
