Bank of Jordan, a reputable financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales and Services Senior Officer to join our team. As a Corporate Sales and Services Senior Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to our corporate clients, understanding their banking needs, and proposing tailored banking solutions to support their business growth and success.

As a Corporate Sales and Services Senior Officer, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, fostering business partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with corporate clients to understand their financial goals and needs, identify opportunities to promote and sell banking products and services, and provide customized solutions

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Analyze clients' financial statements and assess creditworthiness, in collaboration with the credit department, in order to structure appropriate financing solutions

Collaborate with internal teams, including Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and Product Specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to corporate clients

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice and promote relevant banking products and services

Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance and business growth opportunities to senior management

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales and services, preferably in the banking industry

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with expertise in corporate banking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with corporate clients

Sound understanding of financial statements and credit analysis

Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment

Familiarity with local banking regulations and compliance requirements

Proficiency in using banking systems and software

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
