Agile Coach Position Overview:

We seek a passionate Agile Coach committed to guiding our application delivery teams towards continuous improvement and efficiency. The successful candidate will drive team and portfolio-level enterprise best practices that enable teams to deliver faster, leaner, and with more alignment to business outcomes.

The Agile Coach will be instrumental in instilling Agile values and principles, promoting a culture of experimentation, and ensuring transparency in all processes. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, expert knowledge in project execution, and a deep understanding of Agile methods and coaching techniques.

Years of Experience: 8years to 13yrs.

Location: Bangalore.

Mandatory: Agile coach, Waterfall, PMP certified.

Key Responsibilities:

the adoption of Agile methods and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

teams on Agile values and principles, such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and transparency.

and guide various stakeholders to collaborate effectively with Agile teams, fostering a shared understanding of goals and initiatives.

transparency in all processes to build trust and foster an open and honest team environment.

consistency across teams while encouraging a culture of experimentation and innovation.

expert project execution knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in Agile environments.

understanding of Agile methods and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), Agile software development, and Agile project management.

with both Waterfall and Agile principles and practices.

coaching skills with a focus on Agile methodologies.

communication and leadership skills.

to work autonomously and lead in a changing environment.

minimum of 7 years of experience in project management activities and Agile practices.

ability to exercise sound judgement in various situations.

understanding of the project lifecycle (SDLC).

ability to apply expert project management and program management skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, and presentations.

in utilizing current project and/or portfolio planning, reporting, and support tools.

in interacting with and influencing senior management.

interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).

results-oriented with the ability to effect change in a matrix-managed, geographically dispersed environment.

continuous learner who can quickly adapt to a changing environment and personalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

advanced degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

experience or certification is a plus.

Master certification is highly desirable.
