Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements
Stock counting and display cleaning daily at a counter, handled by the allotted sales representative
Stock submission after counting
Greeting customers & Attending customers as per turn
Understanding customer needs and showing designs & items as per requirement
Calling customers for running schemes and taking follow-ups as and when required (e.g. GFS and Loyalty Card)
Checking the list of Birthday and Anniversary customers and calling them (Before 10 days) for their special day on behalf of Parasmani Jewellers
Helping customer resolve their queries
As and when required, to be the backup for sales executive
Follow up with customers in regards to scheme communicated with them
Strong follow-up with suppliers/QC/Stock dept for the dispatch of orders at right time to the customer
Follow up with customers in regards to queries and payments, reporting for the same to the Senior Authority
Completing the counter-opening and Closing procedure of the day
Counter Display to be changed every 3 days
Achieving sales target of the month
Monthly stock counting, verification and quality check of the product
Executing all other tasks given by management
Full time
