Constant Contact is in search of a Salesforce Admin to support the Sales Organization in the aspects of SFDC CRM administration, reporting, automation, user management, systems and process documentation. The Salesforce Admin is also responsible for troubleshooting, optimization, and assisting with end-user training.
What You'll Do
Work with business stakeholders to define business problems and document requirements
Leverage Jira daily to organize, prioritize and work through requests and issues
Execute deployment changes through 3rd party tool from staging environments to production
Assist with the implementation of 3rd party products within our Revenue tech stack
Design and implementation of advanced configuration such as validation rules, dynamic layout customizations, complex assignment rules, and flows
Conduct data imports and exports through commercially available tools (i.e. data loader, workbench)
Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track performance of various initiatives
Assist in defining and documenting processes and standard operating procedures for the Revenue organization
Who You Are
Minimum 3 to 7 years of related experience in sales operations or business operations
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or a related degree
Ability to create technical documentation to support new functionality or process enhancements
Admin level experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Certified is essential. Advanced Gsuite & Excel skills a plus
Familiar with various technologies inclusive of but not limited to: chatbots, form building tools, calendar tools, telephony systems, integration software
Strong analytical, process design, and problem solving skills
Project management experience
Basic knowledge of SQL/SOQL
Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Shift timings would be 2.00pm to 11pm IST.
