Job Purpose:

Various monthly book closure activities.

Preparation of monthly and quarterly result as per SEBI format (Standalone and Consolidated)

Advisory on new business transaction - accounting and its impact

Various decks for the management

Annual accounts

Tax audit report for MG and F21 units.

Job Context:

ABFRL has been growing exponentially and there have been constant changes at macro and micro level. Need to ensure that results prepared is in line with the relevant account standards and in compliance with various laws and regulation and within the agreed timelines deliverables are shared with the various stakeholders (external auditors, management).

Major challenges -

External: Responsible for compliance of various new standard/ regulation while preparation of results/ annual account and tax audit. Adherence to the timelines of deliverables (draft results, treasury annexures, final results, board deck along with reconciliations).

Internal: Co-ordination with different units of ABFRL for finalization of results and necessary inputs for completion of consolidation of ABFRL numbers (results, annual accounts, board decks, Tax Audit)

Quarterly results as per SEBI - MFL,F21 and consolidation (ABFRL), board deck to the management

Co-ordination with units of ABFRL for finalisation of results, alignment of accounting practises of units is as per ABFRL

Preparation of monthly financials and monthly flux analysis

Support in response to the tax notices and filing of tax return

Monthly book closure - computation of Ind AS impacts (Fair value) and Share stock options

Support in schedules for limited review and annual accounts

Annual Accounts - Consolidation along with Financial information as presented in Annual Report

Annexures of secretarial and treasury

Tax Audit - MFL and F21

Results upload in NSE, BSE and confirmation on newspaper publication
