Synopsys is at the forefront of using AI/ML techniques in EDA. We are looking for an AI/ML expert to apply AI/ML techniques in Circuit Simulation domain. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team developing software to simulate cutting edge integrated circuits.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

As part of the Circuit Simulation R&D team, you'll be working on applying AI/ML techniques in the field of circuit simulation (SPICE). This job involves collaborating with rest of the R&D team and identifying opportunities to apply AI/ML techniques in Circuit Simulation, implementing and productizing the solution.

Requirements

BTech in CS/EEE/ECE with 5+ years of software development experience

Proficiency in C++

Sound knowledge of data structures and algorithms

Deep understanding of AI/ML techniques and experience in applying those techniques to solve complex problems.

Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries

EDA tool development experience is a big plus

Experience in Python programming

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with Linear algebra algorithms, numerical algorithms and sparse matrix techniques is desirable

Ability to work as part of global team, collaborating tightly with peers across multiple locations and groups.
