Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for measuring, estimating, and costing the amount of materials and labor required for projects.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Candidate must have background in project estimation and control cost for general building construction specializing in civil/ architectural/ sanitary/electrical

Candidate must be willing to do field works.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

Analyzes and calculates the cost of materials and labor required for projects.

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Negotiates with suppliers and contractors to ensure that project costs are kept within budget.

Monitors the bidding process for projects and recommends the most cost-effective options.

Resorts to least possible cost while ensuring the quality of labor and materials to avoid

Conducts site visits to assess the extent of work required for projects.

Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
