Job Objective:

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Biology Experience

At least six (6) months work experience in a manufacturing company (similar or related industry) is preferred

Skills (soft) Communication, analytical, decision-making Skills (technical) Statistical analysis, root cause analysis Training Document control, acceptance sampling, test methods, GLP, QC tools, calibration, Halal, GMP, chemical handling, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action, HACCP*, sensory evaluation* (

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sampling, testing, and releasing of materials and products

2. Control of non-conforming materials and products

3. Finished product specifications, shelf life, and efficacy validation

4. Environmental monitoring, verification, and validation Duties

5. Take and analyze samples of incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products

6. Monitor and maintain retention samples

7. Investigate non-conforming materials and products

8. Validate finished product specifications, shelf life, and efficacy

9. Conduct air and water sampling and equipment and personnel swabbing

10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
