Tsukiden Global Solutions, Inc. is currently in need of HELPDESK SUPERVISOR with the following qualifications:

1. Graduate of any IT related courses or with any software development related training or certification

2. Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal and comprehension)

3. High regard to quality and details

4. Ability to:

Follow instructions and guidelines

Analyze and improve processes

Exercise proper judgement as required

Read and Write Technical Manuals in English

5. Windows-related knowledge on:

Windows Basic Operations

Windows Setup (Installation, Customization for Use)

Windows Update

Application of Security Patches / Service Packs

Installation and Setting of Applications / Middleware

Knowledge and Use of the Application (Except for Macro Development)

6. The following Development Skills is an advantage:

Windows Powershell development

C# development ( MVC, .Net Framework 4.8 NetCore)

Python Program Development

SQL Server

7. Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City

8. Amenable to shifting schedules, working on weekends and holidays
