Job Objective:
Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Biology Experience
At least six (6) months work experience in a manufacturing company (similar or related industry) is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sampling, testing, and releasing of materials and products
2. Control of non-conforming materials and products
3. Finished product specifications, shelf life, and efficacy validation
4. Environmental monitoring, verification, and validation
5. Take and analyze samples of incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products
6. Monitor and maintain retention samples
7. Investigate non-conforming materials and products
8. Conduct daily line inspection to verify and/or validate process controls and sanitation and hygiene
9. Monitor trial runs and conduct in-line tests
10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
