Technical Support

- Replies inquiries regarding service which is related to troubleshooting, assisting technical inquiries & other related servicing.

- Conducts testing & commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of all related substation equipment but not limited to genset, switchgears (MVSG/LVSG), transformer, and busduct.

- Attends construction meetings & site inspection as requested.

- Prepares file of pertinent document on a per project basis.

- Prepare & submit reports for assigned projects.

- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
