Implements human resources programs
Providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits,
Training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations;
Completing personnel transactions.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor of Science degree from the field of Psychology or Industrial and Organizational Psychology or any related course.
At least 3-4 years’ work experience as a generalist with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.
Strong working knowledge of standard recruiting procedure in a plant manufacturing set up.
Knowledge of various functions (power plant, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, engineering, information systems, etc.) within an organization and the challenges of filling positions within those departments.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Has good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
Willingness to take other HR-related functions as necessary.
Based in Bulacan Plant, but must be willing to be assigned to or travel to Mandaluyong Head Office as necessary.
