Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements, and forwarding them for interviews.
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through diverse channels.
Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to source qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Foster relationships with passive candidates through strategic outreach and networking.
Continuously research and explore new channels and platforms to source candidates, ensuring access to diverse talent pools and staying ahead of evolving recruitment trends.
Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' employment history, performance, and character, ensuring a proven track record of reliability and professionalism.
Maintain constant follow-up to ensure timely progress throughout the recruitment process.
Keep accurate records of candidate information, including resumes, contact details, and reference checks, using Excel to facilitate efficient candidate management.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and accurately document all recruitment activities.Requirements Qualifications:
1+ years of recruiting experience.
Previous experience working for an outsourcing company/agency is highly preferred but not required.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, covering candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection techniques, with a focus on the market.
Proficient in utilizing recruitment software, social media platforms, and other digital tools for sourcing and screening candidates.
Comfortable working in a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism, as you are a representative of the company when speaking to candidates.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing candidate data and documentation effectively.Please be aware that as part of our screening process, selected candidates will be required to complete a brief prompt to evaluate their suitability for the role.
