We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is searching to do what they'll love!

Do you have experience supporting multiple C-Level Executives?

The qualified Executive Assistant has at least 3 years of administrative support experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept.

A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.

The Executive Assistant has: * 3-7 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.

* Confident interacting and communicating with senior executives; experience preparing for executive-level meetings.

* A high degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, initiative and emotional maturity.

* High level of follow-through, reliability, and extremely detail-oriented.

* Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive.

* Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and a working knowledge of Excel.

* Works independently, with proven ability to handle competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.

* Experience in booking travel, transportation, and creating complex itineraries.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Able to make decisions and problem-solve under pressure with grace.

* Ability to work on-site in an office 5 days a week during normal business hours.
