Parts Manager

We are in search of a Parts Manager for our client. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to join their team and contribute to this company’s continued success.

Position Overview: As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, ensuring the availability of quality parts and accessories for this company’s Class 8 Heavy Truck customers. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and work closely with the service and sales departments to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the parts department, including staffing, training, and performance management.

Collaborate with the service and sales teams to identify parts needs and provide timely solutions.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory management using industry-standard software.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among your team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Parts Manager in a Class 8 Heavy Truck dealership or related industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in parts inventory management software.

Knowledge of Class 8 Heavy Truck parts and accessories.

A passion for the Class 8 Heavy Duty Truck industry and a relentless commitment to achieving excellence.Compensation includes a base salary and bonus. Total compensation range expected to be $150,000 - $200,000
