Job Descriptions:

Provide support in different areas of HR, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Policy Implementation

Collaborate with leaders to address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.

Perform recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and compliance.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding process, including orientation and exit interviews.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related matters.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/ College Degree in Human Resources and related courses

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international or multicultural environment

In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, labor standards and procedures, and other regulatory standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team and across different time zones.

Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to promote an inclusive workplace culture.

Knowledge of HRIS and experience with HR Analytics to support data-driven decision-making

Benefits

Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year.

13th-month pay is calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment.

Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries.

Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year.

Group Life Insurance is provided.

Paid time off includes 10 days per year during the first year of employment, and 20 days per year starting from the second year of employment.
