The company maintains biggest Steel Yards and hold a high level of inventory of Special Steels from the worlds leading manufacturers such as DEW, Thyssen Krupp - Germany, Vitkovice - Czech Republic, Somers Forge England,Villares Metals - Brazil etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

*) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

*) Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.

*) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals,PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.

*) Managing the whole sales operation process .

*) Maintaining CRM /ERP database.

*) Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

*) Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members .

*) Solve and handle team queries and problems.
