Job Overview

Mid-Level Chartered Accountant role with 4 to 6 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Taxation, Financial Audits, and Cash Flow Forecasting. Full-Time position based in Mathura.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Conduct variance analysis, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.

Lead the budgeting and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and financial forecasting.

Regulatory Compliance & Auditing:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial laws and regulations.

Implement and monitor effective financial and accounting systems, policies, and principles.

Strategic Planning & Advisory:

Provide strategic financial insights and advice to the management team to drive business decisions.

Participate in strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, or capital investment analyses.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage the companys cash flow, forecasting, and overall financial health.

Optimize and manage working capital requirements, including receivables, payables, and inventory levels.

Taxation:

Oversee tax planning (local and international) to optimize the companys tax position.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and efficient handling of tax audits.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required

4-6 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles

Experience in budgeting, taxation, financial audits, and cash flow forecasting

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
