Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, and deployment. This role involves building Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and future-proofing.
Work hands-on with the Salesforce Lightning platform, including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, Platform Events, and understanding of the Salesforce Data Model.
Design and implement custom applications using Salesforce.com, integrating Salesforce.com with other systems to create a seamless ecosystem.
Apply Salesforce DevOps best practices in development processes, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, version control, and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, and deployment.
Minimum of 2 years of nCino Design and Development Experience
Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and the product suite, including expertise in Sales & Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
Please Note: This is a hybrid position and will require at least 2 days in the office per week.
