Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing data quality, identifying root causes of data quality issues, and providing support in project implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of system analysis, processes, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The candidate should have 5 to 7 years of relevant BSA experience, preferably in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of data quality within Salesforce and related systems, identifying and investigating root causes of data quality issues.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

Provide expertise in system analysis and process optimization, ensuring efficient and effective use of Salesforce within the organization.

Lead and contribute to support projects, offering insights and recommendations for improving data quality and system functionality.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, data models, and workflows within Salesforce.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of system capabilities and limitations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce environment to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.

Advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis, business processes, and data quality assessment.

Proven experience in identifying and resolving data quality issues within support projects.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in any other Credit Banking applications or Business Banking applications

Please Note: This is a hybrid position and will require at least 2 days in the office per week.
