How you'll succeed

Design and development - Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce/nCINO customizations. Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce/nCINO, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code. Responsible for developing custom applications and code, Lightning Components, Apex, Triggers, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.

Strategic planning - Assist with scoping and planning of various BBPT related projects and initiatives, Integrations and/or Connectors between nCINO/Salesforce.com and other applications.

Leadership skills - Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement. Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.

Who you are

You can demonstrate experience in: 5+ years previous development experience with Salesforce and nCINO (Certified Salesforce.com Developer), Financial Services Cloud experience and nCINO is plus. Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API. Detailed experience writing Lightning Components and Apex classes and triggers. Experience using Salesforce DX is preferred. Knowledge of nCino Managed Package is preferred. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async. Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies.

Certifications

Certified Salesforce Developer

Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer a plus.
