About You:

You will be responsible for leading the company's enterprise and operational risk management activities. You play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, reporting, and monitoring significant risks by collaborating with various stakeholders, including lines of business, process owners, and the senior leadership team. Additionally, you will oversee the Quality approach for MSH Americas and serve as the Quality Correspondent for various teams.

The Audit & Risk Manager initiates internal audits to support the organization's quality management system, coordinates semi-annual external audits with MSH Americas' insurers, and ensures the maintenance of internal controls.

In this role, you’ll get to experience:

Risk Management:

Serve as a liaison between MSH Americas and various departments, updating quality tools, procedures, and risk measures.

Conduct annual risk assessments, design risk management controls, and maintain the risk register.

Enhance risk management culture through training and promote best practices. Contribute to Internal Control and Audit processes.

Internal Control and Quality Assurance:

Evaluate organizational processes, report findings, and suggest improvements.

Conduct internal audits, including preparation and reporting.

Apply internal control knowledge to evaluate business processes.

Track outstanding audit issues.

Provide banking training, communicate updates, and address related inquiries.

Conduct weekly banking audits for fraud detection.

Performance Measures:

Implement Risk Management techniques and measures (KRIs) to inform senior management and support business objectives.

Perform Quality tasks diligently, including drafting, reviewing, and entering documents into MSH Community promptly while adhering to audit requirements.

Schedule and conduct Process Meetings.

Ensure adherence to Quality actions and communicate the goal of Continual Improvement to staff. Maintain high-quality communication with co-workers.

Meet established performance standards for training activities.

Manage banking audit activities according to company guidelines. Issue reports accurately and on time.

What you bring:

Undergraduate degree in Business or a combination of education and experience.

5+ years of relevant business experience in risk and/or quality

Preferred Lead Auditor certifications for Quality Management Systems (RABQSA-QM, RABQSA-AU, RABQSA-TL).

CRM Designation would be an asset.

Additional Notes

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. The hours are flexible with start times between 8 am and 10 am. Occasional visit to office is required to meet the needs of the business.
