The PROJECT COORDINATOR position assists the project managers and their teams with the coordination of materials and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
Job Duties:
Maintenance of Project Schedules
Process all outgoing Labor POs and Material Take Offs.
Monitor Profit Margins for projects.
Process and maintain Trade Partners' incoming Labor POs (weekly draw/invoices) and follow-up with Trade Partner's action items.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Obtain and file the required municipal permits, collecting and organizing necessary documentation, and maintaining the project schedule.
Skills and Qualifications:
Driven, confident and results oriented.
Highly organized
Efficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or NAV.
Effective written and oral communicator.
Team player who jumps in to help others as needed.
General knowledge of residential construction and/or building materials

Successfully coordinate project tasks and resources with the goal of completing projects on time and within budget.
Streamline project handling administrative tasks, increasing team and individual efficiency.
Ensure project documentation is completed and maintained appropriately for each project.
Full-Time: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00 pm.
Compensation and Benefits:
$20.00 per hour plus Bonus, Weekly Pay
