Thompson Gray, a provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), financial improvement and audit readiness, program management, and management consulting services, is seeking qualified candidates to support the Department of Navy's Financial and Audit Readiness activities. Positions are in the areas of Systems Consolidation, Modernization, and Implementation; Financial Data Environments; Audit Remediation and Response; Financial Reporting and Accounting Operations; Financial Policy, Standardized Business Processes, and Budgetary Reform; and Internal Controls Institutionalization in support of the Department of the Navy (DON) Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) Program.

We are looking for candidates who possess a deep well of expertise in DoD ERP/SAP S/4HANA and have demonstrated experience in guiding a complete data migration effort through its lifecycle, including comprehensive mock conversion testing. Successful candidates will also have a strong background in analyzing and conducting data mapping activities, encompassing data extraction, meticulous metadata documentation, and the formulation of precise data transformation logic. Hiring of these positions will depend on Task Order assignments.

Experience Requirements:

Three LCAT levels:

DA2: 3 years of relevant experience.

DA3: 6 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work independently and lead project teams.

DA4: 9 years of relevant experience, including 6 years of experience in change management and leadership.

Preferred Experience: Familiarity with DON/Navy commands, such as CNIC, NAVFAC, or supporting Vendors/Agencies.

Education Requirements: bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in a relevant field of study.

Clearance Required: Secret

Positions will be filled upon award of Task Order.
