Part Time Bookkeeper
National Polytechnic College has an immediate opening in our Lakewood location for a highly motivated, results-oriented bookkeeper to work at our Lakewood, CA campus. This position will be responsible for assisting our fiscal department in daily financial duties.
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
Maintains student and vendor accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Balances accounts by reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Complete accounts payable and receivable duties as defined by departmental needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
Experience with QuickBooks (import/export) a plus
Experience in the college/school sector a plus
Job Type: Part-time/Flexible Hours
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

4 hour shift/Flexible Hours
Day shift
Monday to Friday
