Experienced Wood Framer

Job Description:

Working knowledge of general carpentry skills

Minimum of 5 years experience in wood framing

Proficient Knowledge of Tape Measure Readings

Experience and Knowledge of operating hand tools

Cleaning and preparing construction sites

Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans

Assisting skilled tradesmen in their duties

Responsible for daily jobsite clean-up

Ensure safe work environment

Interact professionally with coworkers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors

Other maintenance duties that arise

Skills & Requirements:

Physical strength and stamina

Ability to lift 50lbs.

Tape Measure Proficient

Positive, Can-do Attitude

Open to direct instruction

Flexibility for changing tasks and assignments

Willingness to learn new skills and attend technical training

Knowledge of Hand Tools

MUST HAVE Reliable Transportation and VALID ID

Pay: From $22.00 hour - $30.00 hour based on experience
