Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring 2nd shift CNC Machinist! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities

Set-up and operate for diversified work on one or more CNC Vertical/Horizontal machines involving intricate tooling and a wide range of unusual operations.

Work within close tolerances.

Ensure that the proper inspection measurement gauging is present.

Knowledge in tooling, tool wear, operational sequences including multiple work holdings, and programming editing.

Plan and lay out work, devise methods for machining intricate parts, diagnose and remedy operating and tooling problems.

Responsible for the correct fixtures on milling machines to ensure parts are to blueprint and quality requirements.

Obtain a high level of production and maintain quality standards.

Must record all appropriate documentation such as SPC & Visual Dimensional Requirements.

Must be able to explain work and assist operators if requested by supervisor.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Setup of Vertical/Horizonal CNC Milling Machines

Aerospace and Defense Industry Experience.

AS91000 Experience a plus!
