Repair & Maintenance

We are looking for a person who has the experience, skill, and interest as a facilities repair and maintenance person for a hotel and vintage trailer resort. This position includes grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance, vintage trailers and lodge maintenance, and includes personally assigned tasks. Must be able to work as a team and on their own. This position is full time and may include weekends. Pay is based on experience.

The beloved Sou'wester Historic Lodge and Vintage Travel Trailer Resort is a hodgepodge of accommodation. Our lodging options include an array of suites, cabins, vintage travel trailers, RV & Camping spaces on the Long Beach Peninsula in historic Seaview, Washington. Our 3 acres are nestled amongst the lush bounty of the Pacific coast. Our guests and team enjoys our eclectic lodging style and unique vibe.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Maintains the landscape, and construction of vintage travel trailers, cabins and, lodge suites. As a lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the repair and maintenance team and its projects. Additional experience or interest in appliance troubleshooting restorations, and trailer restoration, repair, and anything else required to keep our little resort operating smoothly and continuing to flourish. Must work well with a diverse team, be dependable, flexible, energetic, and resourceful. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Some night audit and on call responsibilities. This is a full-time position. Open immediately. Pay based on experienced.
