Our Collections/Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing a full range of credit and collections support for our US customer base. At Reiser, we view our Collection Specialists as an extension of our Customer Service department with a goal to not only collect on amounts due, but to also ensure that Reiser customers are properly serviced. Day to day tasks include researching, analyzing, detecting, and resolving issues.
This person would be assisting and servicing our customers that are based in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming.
Responsibilities:
Make regular collection calls
Establish and maintain customer relationships
Resolve cash application discrepancies
Research product return problems
Resolve customer issues related to billing
Regularly interact with Regional Manager and sales representatives regarding the status of customers’ accounts.
Timely identify paid machines and ensure that customer and machine files are properly updatedKey Skills and Experience:
Associates degree in business related field preferred but not necessary
Prior customer service experience
Prior collections experience is preferred
Experience with Ariba and other similar portals is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual skills with Spanish are mandatory for this positionAttributes:
