Experienced Pastry Chef

European-style bakery cafe is currently looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to be in charge of daily production and supervision of the pastry team at Dolce & Ciabatta Bakery.

The ideal candidate is the one who committed to excellence and will:

Develop cakes and dessert offerings in line with the company`s vision.

Be able to plan production and develop seasonal offerings.

Be able to lead the team and keep staff organized and motivated.

Have well-developed artistic talents that include a skilled sense of composition, balance, and design.

Have highly developed cake decorating skills.

Be able to create designs with or without reference materials.

Have a positive, high-energy, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude. Enjoy being a part of a multicultural team.

Be professional, reliable, organized, and efficient, with excellent time management skills.

Be able to handle high pressure and volume, and work quickly.

Have knowledge of classic high end desserts and have a minimum of 2 years of Pastry Chef experience in high volume food production.

Compensation will be based on experience but is highly competitive.

Full-Time
