Role Overview:

The Marketing and Social Media Manager will spearhead our online marketing and social media efforts, crafting compelling narratives and engaging content across platforms to elevate our brand's digital presence. This role is perfect for a creative strategist adept at blending analytics with artistry, fostering connections, and driving conversations around our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise and execute a robust social media content calendar across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social media channels, ensuring our presence is vibrant and engaging.

Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, report on insights, and optimize strategies to improve engagement metrics and audience growth through testing and new initiatives.

Collaborate with various teams to co-develop and promote campaigns highlighting our company messages, partnerships, and initiatives.

Provide exceptional customer care and engagement on social media platforms, embodying our brand values and voice in every interaction.

Regularly produce and publish blog posts and weekly email newsletters that align with our marketing strategy, leveraging SEO best practices to maximize reach and impact.

Ensure consistency in our online messaging, aligning all efforts with our brand’s values, story, and target audience voice.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, adapting to the continuous nature of social media.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years experience in marketing and social media management, demonstrating successful execution of campaigns that have increased followers and engagement.

Solid understanding of social media KPIs, with skills in leveraging insights for content optimization and engagement strategies.

Intermediate proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Autonomous and motivated, proven to work collaboratively, build relationships, and communicate effectively across teams.

Experience with WordPress and a grasp of SEO best practices for blogging and content creation.

Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.), using data to inform and guide marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Over 4 years of professional experience in social media or marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or home decor sectors.

Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of following through on commitments.

A discerning eye for design, able to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all marketing materials.
