Architecture Visualizer

KUWAIT BASED- We are looking for an artistic, detail-oriented candidate with good interpersonal skills for the position of 3D Visualiser.

Position Overview:

Good 3D visualizers can think creatively about the use of space, color, and movement and will draw on other artistic mediums for creative inspiration.

They will also be expected to effectively communicate their design ideas through graphical and textual mediums.

Responsibilities:

3D Visualization.

Participate and manage the creation of Arch. Visualization using Sketch-up, Revit, and Lumion amongst other appropriate tools

Mood boards and portfolio.

Participate and create mood boards as required to coordinate with the clients and develop office portfolio and marketing materials as requested.

Architectural project management.

Coordinate architectural workflow and development cycle once a good understanding of office protocols and workflows is achieved. Site visit if required for better understanding of details.

Team leading & knowledge transfer.
