Lead Fabricator/Welder

Attention to detail.

Weld MIG, and TIG Primarily, ability to stick is a bonus but not required.

Work with and the ability to setup jig fixtures and assemble projects to design specifications.

Ability to use, bending/forming tools, shears/presses, drills/saws, grinders/sanders, plasma cutters and torch cutting.

Maintains an organized inventory of shop equipment.

Qualifications include:

Previous experience with a fabrication company that does quality finish work.

Willing to learn and grow with company.

Detail oriented with Good organizational skills.

Basic math skills with good mechanical aptitude.

Team player willing to problem solve and fine resolution to scenarios with a positive attitude.

Able to learn and follow established procedures.

Quick learner and willing to ask questions to ensure all phases of job are consistently done correctly.

Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Occasional overtime hours needed with deadline projects.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds.

Must be able to climb a ladder.

Full-Time
