Press Brake Operator

Are you experienced in machine operating? Can you assist in running a press brake and laser cutting machine? Check out this job! Our client, a manufacturer of custom, industrial smokers is seeking experienced machine operators to start as soon as possible.

This position is full-time and temp-to-hire after 90 days. The position is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm with some OT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain press brakes and related equipment to produce quality parts, involving tool and parameter setup, and ensuring equipment is in safe condition.

-Quality and Safety Compliance: Inspect parts using measuring tools, adhere to safety protocols, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with ISO and OSHA standards.

-Technical Skills: Requires knowledge of sheet metal work, tool maintenance, and ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements.

-Independence and Teamwork: Capable of working unsupervised while maintaining high-quality results, contributing to team efforts, and exhibiting strong organizational skills.
