Qualifications -Crew Leader/Driver

You have experience as a Crew Leader and Driver in the Moving Industry.

You enjoy training new staff.

Must have a Good MVR (No DUIs, Reckless, Major Accidents) and experience driving a 26 foot moving truck.

You are someone that takes pride in providing the kind of service that takes pressure and stress off our clients. You lead your team with clear communication in a professional manner.

Required to have reliable transportation and must be reliable in your attendance at work.

Patient with clients.

At least 21 years of age

Willingness to learn and grow as a leader

Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people.

Willing to undergo a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Crew Leader/Driver

We're looking for a Crew Leader/Driver who knows how to:

Drive a 26 foot moving truck in a safe manner.

Pad wrap furniture.

Transport furniture manually or with appropriate dolly.

Pack/load/stack/tie down a load in the truck in a safe, efficient manner.

Takes extra steps to ensure load is tight.

Complete paperwork in a clear manner.

Instruct your team in a clear, professional manner and keep them moving without being in a hurry.

Bring a Great attitude (Challenging things happen. What is the best solution to the challenge) to work daily.

Must be able to lift heavy furniture repeatedly
