3D Artist (Animation & Static)

As a 3D Artist (Animation & Static), you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, animations, and static visuals. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and modeling 3D objects, creating textures and materials, rigging and animating characters, and producing high-quality renders. You will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually stunning and engaging content that aligns with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in collaborative brainstorming and planning sessions with our team of animators and designers to align on project visions and outcomes.

Attend project briefings to gain a comprehensive understanding of project objectives, allowing for the conceptualization and realization of creative ideas.

Craft detailed storyboards and design environments that are not only realistic but also enrich the narrative and user experience of various projects.

Participate in feedback loops with the marketing and design teams, implementing revisions based on constructive critiques to refine and perfect visual assets.

Solve technical issues that arise during the creation process, ensuring projects remain on track and meet Clensta’s quality standards.

Produce 3D models and assets that adhere to the highest artistic benchmarks, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and software to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Maintain open and effective communication with the marketing, design, and brand teams to facilitate project reviews and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in 3D modeling, animation, and visual effects.

Expertise in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya or 3ds Max.

A Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a closely related field is highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an emphasis on clarity and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze information, draw accurate conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong team player with the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
