Position details:
Role Summary:
Participate in an Agile Squad with responsibilities of configuring documents that will be used to gather data and signatures from clients electronically.
Update JIRA stories with comments and ensure completion of tasks within each 2-week sprint
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into Design and create customer facing forms following Bank standards using Microsoft Word and/or Adobe Acrobat
Configure forms within DocuSign for electronic completion and signature.
Configure routing and workflow within DocuSign per business needs.
End to end testing of DocuSign templates to ensure proper workflow and form design.
Skills & Competencies:
Experience using Microsoft Word
Experience with Form Design in Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members
Strong analytical skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with DocuSign template design is a plus.
Financial services industry experience is a plus
