Position Description :
• Experienced engineer who can work on GCP environment and its relevant tools/services. (Terraform, Tekton, Cloudrun, DataFlow, Cloud Storage, Cloud scheduler, Astronomer, Big Query.. etc) • Agency managers to agree to train the junior engineer / practitioner in the required GCP tools (including certification), Agile practices, Java or SQL areas where the candidate is weak. • Communication to be tested by agency manager as the developer would be interacting directly with the North American product owner. • Need immediate joiner profiles.
Responsibilities:
• 5+ years experienced engineer who has worked on GCP environment and its relevant tools/services. (Terraform, Tekton, Cloudrun, DataFlow, Cloud Storage, Astronomer, Cloud scheduler, Big Query.. etc)
• 4+ years of strong experience in Java development with strong SQL knowledge • Quick learner and flexible in learning new tools/technology. • Experience with RDBMS solutions (SQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Teradata) • Familiarity with Data Factory processes.
• Experience in working for at least 3+ years in Agile development environment with backlog management tool, preferably Rally/JIRA.
• Hands-on with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories • Be a key player in a Product Driven Organization Product Teams, working closely with the Business Owner, Product Manager, Technical Anchor and other Software Engineers (cross-train, pair-program, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment. Ability to quickly understand, follow and adapt to organizational processes and procedures.
• Good in understanding the requirement and basic problem-solving skills is a must.
• Identify areas of improvement (process, performance, communication, etc.) and work with the teams to identify solutions.
