Works hand-in- hand with Supply Chain Head to develop future success strategies of supply chain cost of detailed SCM – Logistics Budget by month & reviews

Logistics risk & update the risk register ensuring key issues are flagged to the business plant

Logistics cost analysis Process development for increasing productivity

customer service levels, bench mark and suggest action plans for improvement of the plants / depots & ensuring Fleet’s efficiency

Overall performance of depots Logistics in the cluster the Logistics Annual Budgeting activities
