Key Accountabilities

Sourcing candidates including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral programmes, job board postings and contingent search firms.

Defining required skill set and screening criteria for the open positions with the individual

Reviewing and processing CVs according to the defined criteria and coordinate screening with the relevant team.

Working together with different departments and responsible for scheduling interviews for all interviewing rounds, communicating with those relevant to the process.

Coordinating feedback and offer process, ensuring evaluation and hiring guidelines are followed.

Working with Talent Management, Training and Operations teams to ensure successful integration of new staff.

Maintaining/updating recruiting cycle and required databases to ensure accuracy of the information for firm use.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.

Data and Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities on Excel- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Candidate Relationship Management: -Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status.

Offer Management and Negotiation.

Our Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.

4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition role.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Proficiency with Job Portals, social media, CV databases, and professional networks

Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent within service industry.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
