Commissioning Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily department management and KPI achievement, such as quality, delivery, safety and so on. Processes drafting and implementing.

Department installation &commissioning plan, manpower plan. KPI breakdown and accomplishment.

Follow up and push forward the project implementing. Periodic reports summary and reporting.

Training and appraisal of team members.

Technical issue trouble-shooting and resolution by the instruction of R&D.

Contact and communication with customers and coordination.

Organize the training course of skills improvement of technicians.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or MBA preferred. Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Automation or related major.

Minimum 10 years of experience of installation and commissioning of machinery and production lines(semiconductor or EMS). Minimum 5 years of experience of department management of 30+ persons.

Attended training course of mechanics and electrics. Proficiency in project management tools and CAD.

Recognize Chinese culture. Perfect communication, coordination and resolution. Sense of responsibility. Good attitude and persistence and consistence. Target orientated.

Skillfully use the tools of mechanics and electrics, auxiliary appliance and gauges.

Know well the quality standard of installation and commissioning. Be able to read the mechanical drawing and circuit diagram. Be familiar with the production processes.

Powerful ability of organizing, managing, statistics and issue handling.

Fluent in English.

The background and experience in the fields below is preferred:

Lithium battery production line installation and commissioning,

installation and commissioning of automation machinery such as Germany machine, Japanese machine, Swiss machine, Chinese machine and so on.

installation and commissioning of production lines of consumer electronics, e.g. motherboard of smartphones

4. power plant equipment installation,maintenance and service

5. photovoltaic production line installation, automotive production line installation

6.smart logistics production line installation.
