Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Alappuzha. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion

Proficiency in HR software and systems

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
