Position Title: Senior Recruiter/Team Lead – Global Recruiter

Reports to: Director – Global Recruiting and India HR

Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Position Summary –

We are expanding our Global Recruiting team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. The candidate should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands on recruitment experience and pro-activeness. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high performing team.

Responsibilities –

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates globally, utilizing various sourcing techniques and channels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements and provide strategic advice and solutions to fulfill recruitment goals.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their professional development and success.

Utilize data metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas of improvement and drive continuous optimization of recruitment processes.

Required Skills –

MBA in HR or equivalent degree.

8+ Years of experience in recruitment with a track record of minimum 1 year experience into handling team.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, processes and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
