Quality Assurance Engineer

Experience/ Skills -

8 to 12 years of experience in QA department of precision machining industry

Knowledge of processes like CNC turning, VMC, Grinding, etc.

Documentation and working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, CP, ECN, EMS,TS16949,etc.'V'DA 6.3 certification will be preferred.

Working experience in NPD will be preferred.

Hands on experience on instruments like CMM, Contour tracer, roundness tester, surface finish tester, etc. Daily rejection analysis, Problem solving, 7 QC tools, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.

Communication & Presentation skills.

Team handling

Responsibilities-

Daily management of SEZ QA activities.

Daily shift audits, Layered Process Audits, Systems audits & customer audits as and when required.

Rejection review and initiate corrective and preventive actions on the same.

Kaizen, Poka-yoke and improvement points audits.

Support in new parts development

Qualification - BE Mechanical
